"On a day when you have 20% and you give 20%, that is you giving actually 100%" I got goosebumps
FOUND IT WHEN NEEDED IT 😭💖
Been crying for 2 days bc of the things i can't control
To everyone reading this: please stay. You are so loved, don’t give up. There’s still so much ahead of you no matter where you are in life.

Damn… this felt like a warm hug and a pep talk at the same time. The part about having 20% and giving 20% still being 100% really hit home. I’ve been drowning in responsibilities lately, feeling guilty for not “doing enough,” and this gave me the space to breathe. Started reading Shift Your Mind by Alexander Brooks recently and it’s helping me reframe that inner voice. We really do need more content like this that meets people where they are ❤
bad mental health = bad grades and it's this circle i'm stuck in, if i don't deal with my mental health i'm actually going to fail and that terrible Edit: i'm sorry i may not be able to reply back, but i'm thankful to whoever showed concern and undrestand my feelings, i hope everybody and also me get thro this, i love yall, stay strong:)🩷
I have my exams in 8 days. And they aren't just exams, they are literally what your worth depends upon in my country. These are full book, full fledged exams of every subject. I need to get over 520 but I haven't done anything in the past 4 to 5 days I got. I have been mentally drained for a couple of months I think, or maybe even 2 to 3 years. I hope this video will help me
Hey, I've been there and I know how tough it can be. Here are some things that actually helped me: 1. Small wins >> big pressure. I stopped forcing productivity and I just focused on progress even if it is small steps. I strive to be 1% better than yesterday. Every day. 2. I started reading books on mindBloomery and applied all their lessons into my daily routine. Seriously, it's life-changing shift in mindset. 3. I take breaks without guilt. You can't look at rest as a reward, but as a part of process. 4. A book 'The Calm Within: Cultivating Clarity Amid Stress and Anxiety' taught me how to manage stress without burning out. At the end of the day, mental wellbeing always comes first. When you are aware of that, everything else follows.
i was depressed for too much study pressure and you uploaded the video ........thanks!!! you are a life saver
Wow. Now these are the tips I needed. The bad news..."Time will keep going." The good news..."Time will keep going."

Just show up. Show up when you’re depressed, show up when you’re sad, show up when you’re hopeless. Self-confidence comes she you “do”. When you show up for yourself
0:27 finally the request has been fulfilled , it really means a lot Amy 👏
Depressed from 3-4 years. But nobody knows because I have learned to hide emotions somehow 😢...
The TIMING✨, my exams are starting in 2 days, and im literally stressing over everything💖
The problem is that people still disrespect you, or feel entitled to judge or rub in certain things when they don't even know how many things are out of your reach. It's infuriating to have to defend yourself when you don't owe anyone an explanation, especially when they are not even your boss or professor.
1:02 MY SHAYLA😭😭😭😢😢
CBSE students are here after physics exam 😂
