one trick I found helpful when I had a similar experience where I couldnt drink water cause I would throw up was to eat ice. It didn't make me puke and I stayed hydrated

I’ve been dehydrated like this. Ice cubes is a great hack for slow rehydration without overdoing it. Put an ice cubes or two in your mouth and they will be slow enough to rehydrate you without triggering nausea and vomitting again
Been there, also having the greenest flag fiance, it's so good to know that someone has your back when you're this sick, it's pretty amazing and almost unbelievable that someone loves you this much.
💯 food poisoning. i've had this happen 1 time and it was one of the worst days of my life, exasperated by the fact that my little sister brought her friends over for the first time and they never came back.

omg norovirus is no joke i had it 2ish days before a cruise (it started on a PLANE) and it is one of the worst feelings in the world. i didnt eat anything for both days before my cruise and its literally just shitting and throwing up every hour. what a way to start vacay 😭
The shivers are normal when your body is sick like that. The cold didn’t help though. Also not drinking water after throwing up is important because it does keep you throwing up.
