I've seen the story already. Basically what happened was: OP and her husband get there and the friend and her date are already there, OP and the friend hug, the husband compliments the friends dress and the friend thanks him. OP explains that her husband is genuinely jus a nice person and compliments everyone and his family does the same. They do the double date and at the during the night nothing is said or brought to OPs attention. OP and her husband go home after the date and again, nothing is wrong. The next morning, OPs friend texts her and tells her that it was wrong for OP to let her husband compliment her (the friend) the way he did and it made her uncomfortable. OP is confused because nothing was said to her throughout the night when the friend had plenty of time to bring it to her attention but never did.
