We have a Wiim Sound Lite in the bedroom. It's not my Hifi, it's just something to fill the space, and it's great. Living room has a Wiim Amp with two towers for TV, hdmi arc is virtually touch free. My lounge has the Hifi with a Wiim Ultra as an input. We even have a Wiim Mini in the dining room with a Klipsch One Plus. It's such a simple setup, I wind up listening to music all the time, and that's the point.

I love WIIM streamers, but I always use the digital outputs to source higher-end DACs. Never their analog outputs. ASR shows they can't compete with my external DACs.

Thanks for the quick review Randy, I have 2 Wiim Sound hanging in my kitchen. I can say I like them better than Sonos Area 100. Better sound , better app. Don't forget the convenience of the remote control. It makes it accessible for all family members. Just press e.g. preset 1 and our favorite radiostation at a certain volume starts. Stop is Off button. So easy and quick. The screen is really handy as well. I have one Sound and one Sound Lite

If planning a stereo pair, just get one regular sound and one lite. No need for two screens and sq is identical.

From what I have seen and heard, they can make killer surround speakers (and even side in a 7.1 setup) for home theater.

I just went with floor the ceiling bookshelves in my home office last month (thanks Cleveland Closet Factory). Decided to move in my Willsenton R8 powered by Wiim through a Cambrdige Audio Dacmagic 200m all to listen to music through my headphones as I fall asleep in my very comfortable easy chair. Now I don't know which room to spend my music listening time in, the home studio I created 4 years ago or the new home office. Sorry I digressed....I'm going to pick up one of the Wiim Speakers to replace a Sonos (don't like the software) that I have never been too crazy about. I'm currently have a small Wiim fed into a Klipsch the Three acting as a speaker in the living room which sounds pretty good but its time for a little change.
