Used to watch your early videos with my oldest daughter sleeping in my chest... she' s now 14... Always liked photography but didn't know anything about it. Bought a bridge when she was born. 6 months later, bought my first DLSR because of you. Learnt aperture with kermit the frog. Began editing with Lightroom because of you! Great video. Wow, just, wow. I mean, I found your channel when I picked up photography in 2018, but never even knew about your beginnings, especially the videos with family. Sometimes we forget that the "outrageous" people on the screen are actual humans. Also love how you were never afraid to be yourself, which is something I always struggle with, but I always gravitate to real people. Thanks for the video. Very good stuff.

Jared, I have been watching your videos for years and this video struck home. My parents are both gone now, and I had to sell my family home 6 years ago. Seeing it empty and then seeing the changes made to the house by the new owners was devastating. The memories and experiences I had in that house, made me who I am and I will never lose them, but how I wish I could have kept the house and rented it instead of selling it. Best wishes man.

I'm in same page in my life where I leave my house which I lived on since baby. Its renovated and sold later. I take some photo of the house where it is empty after moving the stuff. So much memory, sad and joy. My feet will walk away but my heart will never leave.

Seeing all of those old clips brought back so many memories, the basement, the bedroom, the back yard, sniff tests, fro vader, mr meowghee, Lil. I teared up a few times, I'll admit. It's crazy how long it has been and how much has changed. Having had to have said goodbye to my childhood home too I know how it feels. Thank you for sharing so much and being a constant positive being all these years. I know you get a lot of shit online but I really, truly appreciate you and everything you have shared.
