You could ask Doc to link your sorting system to his doomsday clock that sends out a wireless redstone signal before and after server restart. Doc made it for the exact reason you need it and he said he would let other hermits use it if needed. Might be worth a talk?

I really appreciate you spreading the word about socially participating in hobbies! I feel like today, a lot of the hobbies you see on social media is fairly lonely (like people lifting weights or doing running/cycling just by themselves) and/or always accompanied by a constant pressure to be good at it and capitalise on it. Doing hobbies just for the fun of it, with no pressure to "git gud", and as part of a community, is so underrated/underrepresented nowadays, so I really appreciate you showing to your audience that participating in a sport, as part of a group, and just for the fun of it, is something one can do. Personally, I live in a country where volunteering and sports clubs are a very big part of everyday life (Germany), and I've been part of a martial arts club for 10 years now which has just given me so much: I do jiu-jitsu, which I just find very fun, and one to two times a week, I get to meet people and practise with them, most of which I've became friends with. It's also so nice to just be part of a community and meet people outside of school or work. Doing a sport, even if it's a solo sport, as part of some sort of team, group or club is also really great because it puts social pressure on you to show up and participate. Working out/doing sports just feels much more fun when you've got buddies to share it with and hold you accountable. As for the community and volunteering aspect: For example, yesterday, there was the big yearly running event/competition in my town and the huge sports club that puts it on needed some helpers, so they asked my club, and I partook in that community duty of sorts. Of course, I could have _protected my peace_ and whatnot instead, but the reality is: *helping other people and being a part of a community is something that makes us humans super happy.* Also, personally, I just see it as my duty as someone participating in society to put something back into it. Also, here, these sports clubs have teams/groups for everyone from toddlers to seniors, like actual 60+/70+ seniors, and it's just really great to socialize with people who are in a completely different stage in life than you are. It just feels like a way to get out of your own bubble, it's hard to put into words. Also, as a young person, there's just such a huge sense of community in having your own group of similarly aged and much older people, and then also helping with the kids' training. It's just really rewarding to see kids grow up, help them along their way and pass on your advice and experiences to make a positive impact. It also just feels really, really great to be a part of a community, like helping someone out with moving and knowing people whom you can ask stuff. Long story short: yay community and volunteering and thank you for promoting this kinda stuff! Oh, and: I'm very happy for you that you found a sport that's fun for you and people to do it with! :)

Yapping over timelapses should be the new normal. It makes them much more interesting than music alone! Congrats on the hockey! 🏒

A variety of dead coral could be a nice complement in your biome.

Lore wise, the moss farm could be producing moss to fuel a set of bio-reactors to power the silo. It could even tie into the fans (turbines?).

Potent sulfur in the river would go hard when we get there

I never have any issues with people doing tnt duplication. It's a game bug they have purposely left in, at this point it's a game mechanic. You are amazing impulse!

You should talk to Doc about his clock, he can save your redstone builds from server restart issues.

You could mix some more stone and gray concrete powder into the pale moss to add fireproof blobs/patches

It’d be awesome if one floor of the silo became a “Hermit quarters” level where every Hermit gets a small space/room to decorate in their own style. It would make the silo feel way more alive and believable as an apocalypse survivor community.

The terrain in front of the silo seems like a perfect place to use dried coral (as alternative to the actual plants)!

I think tis wonderful you've got into another hobby to get out of the house! Casual sports teams and stuff are such a great way to get exercise and to socialize, I hope you have a lot of fun with it, Impulse!

This area definitely needs some dead trees, boulders, a security pod and gate leading up to the vault door, maybe some wasted cars (fire truck? take inspo from Pearl?).

I wonder for scaling back the lag problem as you increasingly add more farms, instead of just having off switches you could also make it so each farm only sends a ration of what they produce through the central silo water delivery system and alternativly have the rest sent to storage via hoppers to save on entity lag.

An idea to maybe fill out one of the walls is actually putting number on them so you know which floor it is. That may not be like the show (I haven’t seen it) but it would be a way to reduce the amount of area you need to fill and would give a visual indication of where you are.

Hockey is an incredible sport. I'm glad you tried it and are finding enjoyment in it as a hobby. It's a really good workout, of course, but it's also just a good hang with other often like-minded people for a bit. I wish I could play hockey, but I'm an unstoppable force on skates. I literally cannot stop myself and need to run into the boards or another player to stop. So, watching hockey is good enough for me!

Ground fissures could be nice to break up the pale moss and create decor, like bridges or landslide remnants. Keep up the good work, it's awesome!
