Meanwhile in rallycross it's not uncommon that the mechanics have to reassemble the car rapidly before weighing because it has lost so many panels during the race that it's underweight now. And this is allowed!

It'd be hilarious if this was a massive ploy by the FIA to have all the teams to reveal the ways they cheat 🤣
