No you should pick the inner lanes for curves because the curves are smaller on the inner lane, while the outer lane is harder and you will be passed after the curve. The one hundred you want a middle lane to see where everybody is so you know if you should kick hard😃

In long distances like 1600 you have to cut at the beginning, therefore go from your lane to the first two, the first lane would be the best one in that scenario since it requires less hustle
