Glass milk bottles were normal when I was a lad. A large proportion of the community got it delivered by a milkman or woman to their front door early in the morning. It tasted really good too.

Hello kindred spirit. You might like this metric. A medium supermarket carries about 30 thousand items. We only need 80 of them to be super healthy and only 100 years ago there were no supermarkets 😮
