I faced the same with OnePlus. I forgot my screen pattern, finger and face ID wasn't working. I had to erase all data. Painfull experience

Just reset the phone and connect all info with iCloud

Ohk so android pe switch karne se uska data aagya kya...? Is se acha to service center jo restore kar raha tha wahi sahi tha kam se kam device to use kar pata.
