and out of stock cool
I still can't believe Nintendo just doesn't make their own joycon pro controllers.
I think the plane my package was on fell out of the sky.. it's been sitting over the ocean for the last 4 days lol
You should mention that they can’t charge when console is docked and only when switch screen is on
My biggest complaint with both the switch I &2 is how compromised handheld mode is from dpad to sticks. It feels like getting a base model car and you're expected to add on comfort accessories to get it to where it should from the start
I love how both the switch 1 and 2 are longing for the wii u game pad ergonomics
I could be wrong but I believe the reason you are having issues with the macro picking up the dpad or analogue is bc the controllers don’t communicate with one another directly, this is something that’s been common on other joy con replacements where the back button can only be asigned a button from the controller that it is physically on so for example the right controller can only be assigned buttons such as A, B, X and Y or the r and zr buttons
Hori really slept on the Switch 2 I really liked the Split pad I had for the Switch one
You can use the official Switch 2 joycon grip with third party controllers, but you have to unscrew and remove the back wing thing. After that you can use whatever you want, you just have to be okay taking it apart a little bit which not everyone is going to want to do. It exposes some screws on the back but there's a few different products on Etsy to hide those. Just another option if people want to use their official Nintendo stuff.
Can't wait for an OLED switch 2 - special editions are always fun too, if it's something like Zelda or fire emblem
They looks to work well! Would be great a comparison between the Mobapad and Nyxi’s Hyperion 3 controllers! 😁
I have the nxyi ones on now. But the Mobapad will be here Monday. Can’t wait
I have the crackd one on preorder and im really excited for that. Still these look amazing and Im tempted to get these on a future date
Mario Kart 8 did not get a switch 2 update before boost mode released. It was 720p 60fps in handheld on switch 1 and switch 2. Boost mode ups that resolution to 1080p on switch 2.
I bought a Satisfye grip for my S1 when it launched, and it was the only way I could play it handheld, so getting one for the S2 was must. I also love that I don't have to take it off to put it into the dock.
I've been using the Nyxi Hyperion 3 joy cons pretty much since these MobaPad ones were announced. It's pretty much the same thing except without amiibo support or HD rumble, but I don't use any rumble and I barely ever use Amiibo. What I love about them and by extension these MobaPad ones is it solves a big issue I've had with the Switch 2 since day one. I play a lot of 6 button fighting games which means I'm using the 4 face buttons AND the 2 shoulder buttons constantly. On the official Switch 2 Joy Con the the L and R buttons go down so low that almost every time I go to press ZR or ZL, I end up pressing L or R with the middle digit of my index fingers. This doesn't happen with these "pro style" joy cons
MK8D was 720p before the boost
Nice upgrade but u never said anything about hd rumble
I've been playing FF7 remake on my switch 2. It looks amazing! Also, I set up my thor thanks to your set up guide video.
Coming from the S1, I thought the S2 was a great handheld from day one, even before all the updates we’ve received over the last year. Many games already ran and looked better without Boost Mode, but having Boost Mode available makes the experience as a whole even better. First time here, and you just got a thumbs up and a subscription from me.
