As a motorcycle rider. Where are you getting your info temu? My tires on my sports bike last like 2-4k miles. Only way it would only last 1000 is of your constantly doing burnouts and thats not the norm.

The rubber on race tires would never last on the street.Even big tires, like NASCAR tires. After a couple thousand miles, or well before that, would just start disintegrating. Even at highway speeds with granny driving - if she drove in the rain on a cloudy date at 33 degrees,... she might get a little more life out of the tires, but they're still gonna disappear in a fraction of the time of a regular tire. People don't realize just how soft the rubber is. I once had a set of qualifying rubber up at watkins glen, and just the heat of my hands carrying a tire for less than five minutes was enough for the rubber to stick to my hands.
