You've reached the end
Genius, not only taking you taxes and not fix the road with it. Now they convince you to spend your own money and do it yourself 😂
IT'S CALLED COLD MIX IN AUSTRALIA. NO GOOD IN A POT HOLE ON A BUSY ROAD. WON'T LAST A WEEK. THAT'S WHY HOT MIX IS USED ON ROADS AND COMPACTED WITH A COMPACTOR .
If you slip on your blacktop driveway, it's your own asphalt...😂
My dad worked for The Department of Highways most of his life. He hated that stuff. It never fully sets and doesn't last as long as asphalt. A relative poured some at the bottom of a ramp for my grandmother and it never fully set. Hot summer day and she pulls a wagon full of groceries over it and leaves tire tracks in it. We had to rip it out and just poured some concrete in its place.
It looks like something a government contractor would use to ensure to have to bill a new job the next year
In the UK we call it 'cut back' its meant for temporary use as it never fully sets.
pro tip:... always cover it with asphalt sealer once it's dry, otherwise it will crumble quickly (1 or 2 months) with sealer (1 -2 years)
In england it's called temp tar (temporary tarmac)
I'm in Michigan, we'll need 200,000,000 tons of this
We used to add a little cement powder to it made it last a little bit longer ......
Ill be buying a bag just to fix the couple of potholes around my neighborhood that the town just looks thw other way on
I was using this stuff in the seventies in the UK!
I use it.....Great stuff, but expensive for big jobs.
People like it because it makes the repair actually happening 😅
I swear this is what they use to patch pot holes in my city.
It's quick and easy. I've used it a lot
I swear that looks tasty but its not thing to eat. 😂😂😂
a great quick fix when your local government wont fill in that damn pothole thats been there for the last 6months
and if you let the bags sit. it turns rock hard. great way to hold up a dirt wall.
we used this at my club to patch some holes in a private road. Stuff lasts max a year and it's only good for extremely slow, low amount of traffic.
