Your cooking is bad and you should feel bad. You put things in, in the wrong order. Gunna be soggy ass shrooms, uncarmalized onions. Sauce is gunna be crap, you didnt add any pasta water. Preshredded cheese has anti-caking agent so the sauce will split, especially when you re-heat it. Im calling this a hot mess.
What can I add in if I do not like mushrooms?
Do you mix up several even 4-5 different meals to box, then freeze? Do you thaw in microwave or thro in oven to heat??
