What kind of hypocrisy is this .if a land owner is SC,ST and sold his Land to meet his xyz desires and then their children come to claim again ...not fair blaming officers and buyers
Firstly PTCL law should be removed. Greedy people sell for money and then put the case and blame officials and person who bought saying illegally it was transferred, One who sold land they should be put to jail then everything sorts itself.

My grandfather bought land in 1961 ,this rule came in 1978.His grandson came and claimed the land in 2008 after high court cited the clause stating the rule came in 1978 is applicable even to the purchase happened before that. Similarly tenancy act took huge land chunk ,even the people who didn’t worked for 3 year claimed the land. I wonder why people didn’t challenged these in Supreme Court.If someone is working in our land can become it’s owner ?In this logic all the people working for a company are its owners 😂. Highly unconstitutional law.All the draconian rules needs to be challenged in the Supreme Court.
Land is now a commodity. If land prices are rising, Dalits cld have sold land bfr PTCL & made profits. Today govt purchases land for various dev projects & pays handsome compensation. Land is in demand. Economy is no more predominantly agri. Economy is diversifying, even rural, and moving in non-agri direction. How much of this land is irrigated? How many does it feed? Has it undergone fragmentation? What has been govt financial support in terms of agri input & market incentives? Lately, Congress has been actively soliciting dalit support. Is this one more attempt to consolidate it's base by raising dalit issues? Today unirrigated land is a liability. Many such farmers commit suicide. Dalits shd be skilful agriculturalists to not to lose land.

It is not your fault if you are if you are SC/ST and if you are exploited. But if you are stupid SC/ST in 2026, it is your fault. Common sense is something that god gives everyone equally. You cant sell the land for gains and then when price raises reclaim back. It is is not equally it is corruption. India SC/ST is not equality rights, it is superiority rights. Take the SC/ST out of equation, every poor person has illiteracy problem and were exploited in ester years then how does someone being a SC/ST give them special preference. Civil cases based on cast and religion, developed by Congresses stupid politics without foresight is the problem. WAQF board being another one.

Even in this modern day and age if there is corruption and illegal practices happening in government institutions we are doomed as a country. I believe thats the ecosystem is strong and from peon of a government office till CM of the state everyone are involved. More genz politicians should rise and protect our Nation. 🙏
