3:59 to answer Cody's question. Bake them how you are (im assuming you bake them), and then for the last 5-7 minutes turn it onto broil and let them go to your liking. Now if you do them in the air fryer, you might just get that crunch all along without having to do much.

the secret is to let the sweetpotatoes sit in cold water for 30mins, it pulls the starch outta them and then they get more crispy <3
