Windows 98 was always just a refinement to 95. It was a lot more stable, with a lot more support. And most importantly, Plug and Play

WINDOWS 11 IS GETTING A COMPLETE UI OVERHAUL IN 2026. Microsoft has already begun internal testing with removing bloatware and old legacy codes which had a heavy impact on battery and performance, and the new UI is basically a cleaner, more modern Windows 11... ;)
