Marina you will probably have moisture get between the glass in the doors, because the seal has been broken.
Sweetie there is a type of gas that is between those glass panels to insulate the windows to keep the heat and cold out.

I sold doors and windows for 35 year. You should never break the seal on the glass. Changes are it will fog up and look dirty forever.

Taking those panes of glass apart breaks the seal that is meant to insulate your door. Breaking that seal will cause condensation between the two pieces of glass and it will be a cloudy residue that you cant clean. You will most likely have to replace those doors. Amazon sell a black tape that you could have added and would not have ruined the seal on your door. I always have to investigate the pros and cons before starting a big project like this.

Oh my your husband needs to be a youth pastor. The way his perspective of the Bible is great !!! And his understanding of it is very funny but true. And I think teens would learn a lot from him. 😊 I hope the windows don't fog up in the winter. My kitchen window was cracked on top and it fogs up when the weather changed. My husband said if you break the seal on them. There's a gas they pump in between the glass and it fogs when the weather changes🤞it doesn't. PS try Paula Dean meatloaf it's great !!! Has BBQ sauce in it 😊
I know they cost more, but getting the vinyl gloves works better because they aren't so huge. I hate the idea of getting meat under my finger nails, which is why I wear gloves, but as long as you are thoroughly washing your hands before and after, I don't see why you would need to wear gloves.
