As a meat eater, it frustrates me how few people understand how bad factory farming is, and how even getting meat at a farmers market can make a big difference as well. Not everything is all or nothing, be mindful and not wasteful is still a big help. I appreciate this message so much.
Im not vegan, but i just wanted to say that the message of "if you cant go vegan then dont, just do the best you can, cut out one day of x time, or cut out one type of meat" is such a healthy attitude and a much better message than "if you kill a chicken then you deserve to die" 17 apples out of 17 oranges
As someone with severe egg and dairy allergies, restaurants having vegan options doesnt just benefit vegans and vegetarians! It’s a relief to know there’s at least one menu item that is safe for me to eat

As a non vegetarian who lost ten pounds when I was vegetarian for a few months, I respect anyone who can balance their meals enough to manage to take out all meat while still having the proper nutrients

Yk, being an Indian, I didn’t realise it was so difficult being a vegetarian for people abroad because vegetarians are so common here and there are so many vegetarian restaurants. Nobody judges for being vegetarian either.
