Explain to me how a Jr Developer is going to become a Senior Developer if nobody is writing code anymore? How can they debug code they never wrote? Fine, we eliminate all Jr roles. What happens when eventually senior developers move on to other roles or retire? I think this is going to bite us all in the ass.
