I genuinely think Ropz would've stayed had FaZe not messed up the whole contract with Twistzz. He wanted more firepower, and FaZe's answer was to remove one of their musketeers. I'm not surprised he left for Vitality, and we know how that story ended. Better still, it was a spot originally offered to Twistzz of all people.

Twistzz left the first time because FaZe were in limbo with the Gamesquare acquisition. Gamesquare owned Complexity already and it wasn't clear if FaZe could even compete under the conflict of interest rules. Obviously it worked out with Jason Lake's purchase of Complexity, but for a time the financial situation in FaZe at the time was far from certain. Twistzz took the offer for job security, which you can't blame him for. FaZe never checking on him despite knowing the contract was coming to a close is horrific management, but there were external factors. Ropz leaving for free is a bigger crime.
Losing Rain was the worst decision. Imagine Karrigan, Rain, Twistzz, Frozen & Simple
