This game was MY JAM back in the day.
I hate it when I binge watch the whole channel and just idle until new vid comes out
This game looks super different from the version of it I played back in the day.
9:08 Love that magic wand-esque swinging of the morning star weapon thingy. ~ Such elegance ~
They banned jumping in the dungeon because there was a glitch where you kept spamming the space bar and could no-clip through every wall, it was crazy. I remember playing this game when I was like 6 and then moving on to playing RuneScape. Iirc, the point of this game was levelling up in the dungeon, though, which you didn't show much at all :D
I love the history part
This is the type of game you’d see characters playing in movies
Holy shit, I haven't thought about that game forever.
oh my god I was obsessed with this game as a kid in the 2000's, I'm so glad someone is finally covering this
Wow I've never seen anyone else who owns that red book about "Dragonology" in the background! Loved that one as a kid and i still have it haha
17:26 consequences of being the prophecied hero that nobody mentions
I was a part of The Queens Army and it was cool to see you put that first on the screen when talking about it. This game was wild. So much player driven lore in such a small, weird little game. TQA recruited me as I was always PvP’ing in the main area everyone hangs out in. There was a simple to learn hard to master tech when it comes to PvP. I loved it. I believe after I was recruited during a test of PvP against some of their members, we kinda just talked for a few days, practicing, and I was learning the politics of the game. I was really young at the time so I don’t remember much, but I remember we had a few big fights with other clans. We had a cool website too where we all signed in as knights or some shit. The internet was pretty cool back then.
0:18 NOSTALGIA IDENTIFIED! I remember that game had 2 different dances, but they were keymapped so that you could do both at the same time AND spin around. I actually attracted a crowd once lolol
I have NEVER heard anyone else talk about this website ever in my life before. I used to go on and play the moon base game all the time.
Brooo there's a game named after me, that's crazy
we're all skeletons deep down
honestly would be so fun to see you play through other similar era mmorpg this was so fun!!
The googly eyes on the rock got me 😂 Did we ever find out what dish armony actually is?
There absolute *is* a chat here, Mem. It's just in turn-based mode.
I remember coming back from school and being like "who wants to be my bf?" Every day it was a different one, and we would just clear dungeons for hours. Peak
