Up until now, we've built what Banff needs, but not the sorts of things that make it a great place to live. That changes today - we'll add all of the essentials like parks, schools, public transit, and grocery shopping. And by the end, we'll transform Banff into a community residents are proud to live in! ------------------------------------------------------------ MY CURRENT SAVES & MOD LISTS ► Magnolia County Save: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/MagnoliaCountySave ► Magnolia County Playset: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/MagnoliaCountyPlayset ► Segunda Beach Save: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/SegundaBeachSave ► Segunda Beach Playset: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/SegundaBeachPlayset ► Banff Playset: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/BanffPlayset ► Banff Save: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/BanffSave ------------------------------------------------------------ FIND ME HERE ► Use Master Planned Music in YOUR videos and streams: http://MasterPlannedMusic.com ► Twitch: http://twitch.tv/cityplannerplays ► Website: http://CityPlannerPlays.com ► Discord: https://discord.gg/CityPlannerPlays ► Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/cityplannerplays.bsky.social ------------------------------------------------------------ SUPPORT THE CHANNEL, GET COOL PERKS! ► Merch Store: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/Store ► Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/CityPlannerPlays ► YT Membership: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/YTMembership ------------------------------------------------------------ MUSIC FROM THE VIDEOS ► Master Planned Music: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/MPM ► Approaching Nirvana: http://youtube.com/@approachingnirvana ► Epidemic Sound: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/Epidemic ------------------------------------------------------------ MY GEAR ► Kit.co Link https://kit.co/cityplannerplays ------------------------------------------------------------ EDITORS ► Lead Editor: @1C2yt ► Assistant Editor: @CityPlannerPlays ------------------------------------------------------------ PLAYLISTS ► Ultimate Beginners Guide to CS2: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/BeginnersGuide2 ► Ultimate Beginners Guide: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/BeginnersGuide ► Cities Skylines II: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/CS2 ► Tutorials: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/Tutorials ► Nicolet Bay: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/NicoletBay ► Verde Beach: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/VerdeBeach ► Clearwater County: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/ClearwaterCounty ► Abandoned City Fix: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/AbandonedCity ►Abandoned City – Bluffside Crossing: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/AbandonedCity2 ► Sustainable City: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/SustainableCity ► Bluffside Crossing: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/Bluffside ► City Tips: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/CityTips ► Previous Live Streams: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/Streams ► Timberborn: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/Timberborn ► Other Games: https://link.cityplannerplays.com/OtherGames ------------------------------------------------------------ HASHTAGS #CitiesSkylines2 #cityplannerplays ------------------------------------------------------------ CHAPTERS

I live in Calgary, that city down the line from Beautiful Banff, and am thoroughly enjoying watching your vision of our region :) great way to relax on a Sunday🍻
One thing the city needs is Pubs!! You should have a pub overlooking the water/riverside, perhaps an homage to an old English pub from early Canada.
BRO! Ya cant have the soccer pitch face the street! You're gonna need more trees if you keep it oriented that way! hehe ♥♪
A small town near the farm would be great! with the farmers market ofc 😁
8:33 alright Gavin Newsom
I think you should look into quadruple tracking your train lines. It would drastically increase capacity and will allow you to separate the industrial and passanger traffic. Maybe with a possibility of even having 6 tracks (2 for industrial and 4 for passenger) I would also love to have another train station since you have this straight train track going parallel to the new neighbourhood you built and I think it could easily serve it. I would love to see you use trains for regional services and not just intercity rail.
I think some kind of nature reserve park to go camping would be a great idea for a really forrested hilly area. personally I love this format of videos
I think my favorite part of this fast-paced series is that it’s bringing your planning expertise to the forefront of the city’s design. You have less time, so you are forced to go with your instincts and training. Plus, it’s shown me more ways to be realistic and creative within the confines of the game.
Hey Phil, you are the first person making it possible trains being stuck with only two stations. xD jk Loving all your cities skylines videos. ^^
Since there’s so many separated forest areas, it’d be cool to see a wildlife overpass somewhere in the future
We want magnolia county episodes!
Hi Phil. I’m really enjoying this series. It’s fun to see you work quickly and not get too bogged down in the details. I sense that you’re enjoying the freedom too. Please keep up the good work.
You should increase the length of the track that the freight station sits on. The trains pulling into that station are blocking other trains, and you should make this change while you still have the space
Wow. I am on love with the high volume of uploads. Obviously I was already in love with the videos before, and I certainly do not want you to feel burnt out from uploading. But for a one-off, this feels like binge watching your favourite TV-show. Perhaps best to not do it too often, but it is really tons of fun. Loving your work Phil!
This series is amazing! I feel much more like watching you play a game. In your other cs2 serieses I am a lot of times overwhelmed by all the cuts animations and extra infos
why is everything in metric now, quite pleasing honestly even with funny mistakes (200km of elevation). I love this new format.
I'm definitely in the hating grids camp, I'm hoping there are some more interesting and imaginative neighbourhoods, and neighbourhoods that aren't just pedestrian friendly but are hostile to private cars.
Love the new Series and Format! I’d like to see some more “European” elements in the city like more pedestrian roads and facilities, bicycle facilities, etc. Some trees on the roads would be great too.
"Because of the buses I'm going to make this node bigger." Please mod author release Network Tools, I can only be teased so much. The buses not fitting intersections is personal and dark hatred I have for CS2 and seeing Phil fix it so easy is amazing. Joking aside loving this format for videos and enjoying this approach to videos so far.
As a Canadian, there would be student parking in a high school but it would likely be gravel because the school didn’t want to spend money on concrete. Edit: that grocery store location looks like a traffic NIGHTMARE.
