This is a bleed screw. Very common it is on the highest point of the coolant system and also we should turn heater to max for more circulation of coolant and thats when you will see bubbles coming up when the engine is running. Top up the remaining coolant and get set go.

Not required in all vehicles

Eeco me hai Other cars me dheere dheere coolant fill karo and start karke radiator fan ghumne do and apne aap bandh hone do fir thanda hone pe cap kholke fill karo and isi process ko 3-4 baar repeat karo
