But isn’t stalling just a minor fault? Or is it a serious because you’re holding up the traffic?
See Pin smiling because he already knew that he was in the wrong gear long before the lights changed 😂
Hands off steering wheel, didn't engage handbrake, left it in gear, and the wrong one.
Yup I failed my second test for basically this. Went round a corner and had to slowdown to like 7mph and didn't change from 2nd to 1st and stalled But I did realise and corrected it after the stall but because someone behind me had to brake for me he failed me.
Bit close to that curb too
So happy I don’t have to do this shit anymore passing was th best relief ever
The 'Stall' wasn't the fault, the faults all started when he stopped at lights and failed to put his handbrake on.
He was proper deciding what position to sit in while waiting for the green. "Hands on lap"... "No wait hands-on the steering wheel"..."yeah okay this looks cool"
Just did this exact one today 💪
Thanks
I passed my test a couple months ago and stalled like this a few nights ago at traffic lights. I said to myself.... if this had happened on my test then i would have failed. 🤣🤣
I remember being on my 5th or 6th lesson and my teacher decided lets go into the outskirts of the city centre full of traffic lights at 5pm 😂 I was pretty good at not stalling until that point and I feel like it was the pressure of knowing I was gonna piss a lot of people off if I stalled that made me stall at like every light 😭😂 it was a rough lesson.
I did this when asked to pull up at side of road, left it in 3rd and stalled several times. Failed me due it it happening several times and not checking gear
get him in auto 😢 poor gears
Id say fail. People have failed for less
Tbf guys, dont be fooled. You can coast , the examiner will not care. Everyone worry about the gears. But the reality is. It does not matter if you coast
He left the steering
I mean, stalling in general isn't great but it isn't a serious fault. I passed my exam even though I stalled once because I lifted the clutch pedal too fast. However, stalling while braking because you're not downshifting your gear or holding down the clutch when below 10kmh, then leaving it in any other gear than first when pulling off and stalling the car is genuinely a serious fault. Also, he pulled his hands off the steering wheel which instructors prefer if you don't so that you can pull off as fast as possible and it's a handy tool for keeping you focused on the road and not "take a break" (aka getting distracted).
Hands off steering I guess..
Oh how many times ive seen driving instructors stall it 😂 yous cant drive
