All us wr250r guys asked for years for a 350 or 450 and they freaking came out with a 125
305 lbs for a 125 is hefty
Fun fact, in Poland if you had car driving licence for at least 3 years you can drive a 125 without any additional licence, thus they sell really well, and I mean really well So if you kinda want to have a bike but don't really want to do a licence, there you go, you can try it the very next day you thought about a bike
7:21 Ryan stole the editing budget✌️
Well the 125cc 15hp market is HUGE in Europe, probably not so in America. Over here in many countries all you need is a category B license (regular car) to legally ride these 125cc beasts, so for many people it's a possibility to start riding before having to invest time and money into category A license.
I grew up in France and the ancestor of this bike, the 125 XTR was my first bike. It was slow as hell but on the countryside trails, it was fun and a good bike to learn on. I kept it after I switched to bigger bikes, it was my everyday commuter in the city. Perfect for lane splitting trough slow traffic.
Finally, a motorcycle.
VTEC JUST KICKED IN YO
Good morning to everyone in the community 😊
Here in the Philippines, we have the 155cc version from factory. And people are modifying it to even bigger CC. I think up to 225. This engine is shared with different Yamaha like the MT 155, r15, xsr155and the sniper 155. And also their 155 scooters the nmax and aerox. Very popular in south east Asia.
The editing, intelligence, humor and education these guys jam into every video never ceases to amaze me. Very talented group.
My 1985 xt350 makes double the power and weighs 40 lbs less, gets 90 mpg, and goes 89 mph. How have we gone so far backwards in 41 years? Put custom race suspension, full led lights on mine.

In the Netherlands you have to pass a full driver's license procedure meaning theory (60 questions exam, need to pass with at least a 6 out of 10 grade) and 2 practical exams: one where you have to show your capability with 7 out of an available 12 special maneuvers (like evasion at speed, slow cone weave, emergency stop etc etc etc) and then also pass an exam participating in traffic for ~35min with an examinator following you. This will include a mix of driving in urban areas, roundabouts, different situations and yes - also merging onto the highway (daytime means a max of 100kph is allowed there so you'll manage). That's starting from 18 years old. Once you turn 20 you can do a 'practical light' exam (no theory, no special maneuvers) to upgrade the A1 to an A2 license meaning the hp limit goes up from 15 to 47 and you lose the cc restriction. A2 license holders can upgrade from A2 to a full A license (unlimited) at 22 years of age with another light practical exam but people starting from scratch can only get full A from 24 years up. There is a moped class from 16 to 18 with a very easy theory + practical exam (one of each) but that limits you to 50cc's and 45km/h top speed. There is another route: Pass the full A exam on an unrestricted bike at 21 and up but then carry a 2 year restriction (or turn 24 years old, whichever comes first) towards A2 classified bikes OR drive an unrestricted 3-wheeler (like Piaggo MP3, Yamaha Niken etc). Of course the government is banking on no one choosing this route because no self-respecting young person wants to be seen on one of those. Complicated? Yes, but you can't say we don't offer options :). Source: I'm a driving instructor (Car, Trailer and Motorcycle) myself.
This is the only guy who can kinda match Ryan's energy, with a different personality. I love this guy
