One of the most hilarious games I ever saw involved Andy Roddick. Every time he’d run to the net. The guy who was playing opposite him, would nail him with the tennis ball and then apologize. So after like the third time, Andy Roddick says oh, so that’s how it is. And after that, every serve that he gave was into the body and you know how fast he can serve. The guy was getting hit all the time and he just couldn’t jump out of the way fast enough. If Roddick had played more like that when he was playing tennis, he could’ve won more grand slams.

I was at Hilton Head years ago when Conchita Martinez kept asking for the ball back when she won a point. It kept going on for a while. You could see Patty Schnyder getting all bent out of shape about it. Patty Schnyder got fed up and grabbed the ball before the ball boy/girl got to it. Everyone was laughing. She kept the ball and wouldn’t give it up.
