Game idea for someone who could make it: A bar simulator where you're the owner and the bartender. You can either make them real drinks or fake one but the effects of each drink is goofy. The NPCs get the effects as well as the player. Make the fun of it that you play with friends and you can just make random drinks or some from a book. Similar in theory to the way Schedule I effects are. So it'd have the goofiness of just a mixer game, the fun monotony of the simulation game, and if you want to add a silly twist, make it some type of creature posing as a human doing experiments or you're a part of some sort of secret magical society and you need to test potions/poisons/healing serums etc and people coming to a place to get drunk is a great cover lol.
