This is genuinely lookout at his peak character development, the fact the the first thing he did after finding that last tree was to try rebuilding the WHOLE world back together, as well for admiting burning the trees down was bad. Genuinely better character development than alot of movies i've seen. Remember this is the same dude who kill a bunch of villagers with guns while saying "im sorry!"
