Wirtz was excellent in this game, won the ball back on the edge of the box, played a one-two with Frimpong and finished neatly, only for his goal to be ruled out for offside, then nearly scored with a header a few minutes later, was very handy in possession, played through Gakpo for Isak's goal and then played the ball to Muñoz for his goal. He was arguably man of the match.
