Dumb rule, lost the intention a long time ago. A ball doing a 1/36 rotation isn't moving the ball.

These archaic rules need to change. In all sports. These rules were created decades before the invention of hi def cameras. That ball move didn't in any way give him an advantage.

Unless if the movement actually gives an advantage or is significant(like over half a ball length) then it shouldn't matter.

By grounding an open faced wedge behind the ball in the rough you are 100% improving the lie > Grounding club should ONLY be allowed on FAIRWAY or less cut.
