This is why Superman is the most misunderstood character! Everyone thinks of him as the goody two shoes loving character but in reality he stoic because he’s been hurting all his life. Yet he still manages to smile and be kind. That is the greatest life lesson that most comic books don’t even come close to

One thing that annoyed me about Clark is anyone would be completely stoked to have Supermans powers. To be the strongest thing on the planet and he just wants to be a piddeling normal human

There had to be a cheaper and less terrifying way to prove that. If I was his dad, I’d have a stroke before he finished the question.

Let the writers try to make you sympathetic. I know every person in my life would be ecstatic to find out they were invulnerable to injury. Might find it weird bit who in their right mind is going “oh no!! I cant break my legs!! I saw weird and awkward 😭”? Are you serious? 😂

Genuinely one of the best depictions of Superman.

It's really interesting how Clark awakens each of his powers throughout the show. He already has Strength and Speed when the show starts, awakens Durability in episode 1, Heat Vision later, and so on.

I would have ruled Earth as a tyrant God With his powers.

smallville was a great show, as well as several other primetime shows of that generation. they dont make them like they used to.

I would have given anything to have been like you superman. That was the dream growing up.
