Great video with some fantastic ideas! Another hack I’d suggest is the bolognese/chilli cook. Make a double portion of bolognese, use half as a spag bol or lasagne and add chilli, cumin, chipotle paste, paprika, black beans etc to the other half for a chilli or enchiladas.

If you chop up/ pulverise a load of onions and garlic from time to time it saves you time and effort during the week.
rice can be prepped/cooked then frozen into portions then you can easily reheat it directly from the freezer that way you can make enough for the whole week
