Idk how it’s the most famous in America, it doesn’t even have a Michelin star. Corkscrew bbq is right down the road from me, has a star, and is the best darn bbq I’ve ever had. They too have a line out the door every single day, rain or shine.

I was first in line two months ago; got there at 5:30 on a Saturday. Can't wait to do it again. It's beyond worth it. And the people you meet make it that much better.
