You'd have all of the wolves, black and white, which would be a binding vow that allows the sure hits to damage the soul. The wolves aren't the sure hit, so they can be dodged and evaded, but if they manage to bite you then they do dismantle, and if they claw you they activate cleave. With the binding vow removing the direct sure hit, the attacks themselves would do the soul damage
