Today I am going to steal 40 cars for my new chop shop! This mean I will get a random location with a random car I need to go and steal to bring it back to the chop shop. But once I get close to the car there will be a active tracker for 3 minutes. Every cop will be able to see this. Cool Video! Can't believe you actually made it to 40 cars (while only getting cooked a few times) I've got another, really damn toxic idea for you to troll the hell out of every cop with. You drive cars that get reported stolen, even have a tracker on them and stuff, BUT: They are actually your registered vehicles that you yourself own. And you always have some random weird explanation why it's going off that's totally unbelievable, but it's actually your car! And this can be expanded beyond cars. Say, you are caught robbing a store. But it turns out that store is actually your own and you have all the paperwork for it, but obviously cops still get the call for it. And the more often they appear, the more confrontational and angry you get, threatening to sue them for harassment and other stuff. So you are basically doing a very, *very* toxic version of "Breaking no laws". Because technically, you're not breaking any laws, but annoying every cop!
