It’s time for another off-road showdown! The four cars set to go head-to-head over this off-road course are a Jeep Wrangler, an Ineos Grenadier, a Land Cruiser 200 Series, and… a Volkswagen Touareg?! The Touareg may seem out of place in this list, but trust us, it might be one of the most capable cars here! Let’s take a closer look at the stats… The Jeep Wrangler rolls up with a 2-litre 4-cylinder petrol that’s been tuned to deliver 304hp and 400Nm. This power is sent to all four wheels, and it weighs in at 2,580kg. It is also equipped with a load of features to help it off-road, including front & rear locking diffs and a low-range mode. Up next, we have the tuned Grenadier. It rolls up with a 3-litre straight-six diesel that puts down 249hp and 550Nm. This power is sent to all four wheels, and it weighs in at 2,740kg. It comes with low-range mode, standard locking centre diffs and optional locking front and rear diffs. Following that, we have the Land Cruiser. It’s powered by a 4.5-litre twin-turbo diesel V8 that puts down 286hp and 650Nm. Power is sent to all four wheels via a 6-speed auto, and it weighs 2,555kg. In terms of off-road capabilities, it has a low-range mode and a Torsen limited-slip centre differential, as well as an adjustable ride height. Finally, we come to the Touareg, which is powered by a 3-litre turbocharged V6 diesel to deliver 357hp and 767Nm. It has a 6-speed auto gearbox to send this power to all four wheels, and it weighs in at 2,700kg! But it comes packed with off-road tech that has led to the large weight increase!

Getting to see Graham finally drive was a treat for the short amount of time
Touareg looks good, sounds good, performs good. And all that while doing it in comfort. These cars had serious brakes too.
Old Touareg really showed that good engineering never gets old! 💪
The sound of the Touareg V6 🤤🤤
Am i the only one who prefers these off-road videos than drag races
Holy moly, there's no way that Touareg is stock. Did you hear those turbos?
The Jeep's chassis is incredible, winner for me
I Prefer off-road testing over drag racing or sports car testing
“Even if I don’t win I’m still gonna be pretty smug bc I’m in a Land Cruiser” 😂
8:20 Formal protest. User error on the ineos. The front and rear electronic diffs were not engaged, hence cross axel wheel spin. You can’t blame the car for that!
Those Touaregs are crazy underrated
The offroad capability of any car is directly proportional to how much one cares about the car. zero f*cks given = peak offroad performance

The Best offroad video I've seen in the channel, loved the jeep crawl over the rocks.
The jeep was awesome. I’ll still have the Landcruiser though
- Nothing is wrong with the Ineos lockers, you just have to follow a specific sequence: Once the center differential is locked (ideally in Low Range), use the overhead control panel. Rear Locker: Press and hold the rear differential lock button on the overhead panel for one second. The light will flash while the system waits for mechanical alignment. Creep forward slowly to help the dog-clutch teeth mesh; it will turn solid once fully engaged. Front Locker: Follow the same procedure using the front locker button. This is only possible if the rear is already locked
