βSo tape vs hydraulic pressureβ top tier just beautiful
Even the chick knew you were trippin.
He's living in a fantasy.
βSo tape vs hydraulic pressureβ πππ she put it so well
I seen a guy jumper cable 3 batteries together and use them to stick weld a tracking bar back together, worked pretty good
One of my favorite "field" repairs was my first deployment to Iraq in 04. I was a Bradley mechanic and one of my troops tracks came back from mission. They had a IED blow up next to their track. The IED blew open the sight glass on the road wheel hubs. Instead of doing what most crews would do and just drive it back as is and probably burn up the bearings and hub. They melted a trash bag into the hole and used that to plug it up. As a mechanic who's seen operators do some seriously dumb stuff in the past. I was floored. Actually impressed those guys stopped and thought about us mechanics. And didn't want to add more work to what we were already dealing with. All I had to do was replace the hub cap and she was up and running. I had awesome operators in that unit.
Love how they install hardware on a OFF ROAD vehicle, that requires unicorn π¦ tools.
Shims from cut up pop cans or other thin metal, would have been better
"it's a brand new Ram" says it all
Bro formed that idea out of sheer HOPE and was forced to tell someone else his plan
I'm glad we got to see how it did or didn't work
I have like three 5.5 m that I've never used...... Always wondered what they were for
Ya no that tape gonna get shredded on the first bump tf kinda drugs this dude onπππππ
Itβs funny my Kennedy socket set has a 5.5 mm 12 point socket
Don't forget to slap it and say "that ain't going anywhere "
I've lost my Driveline deep in the mountains and I've used tape to hold the Driveline in. So make sure you bring a roll of duct tape because most people don't bring U-joints and if you want to get back to town
makes me want to weld mine on just a bit
Every socket set Iβve had in the past 10 years has a 5.5 lmao.
If you can find a 7/32, that would work. It's hard to believe those fasteners are that tiny
Blows my mind, if you got special tool requirments you make sure you take them with you so you can do roadside fix..
