I've accepted that I'm a person who will need therapy throught my life and that's ok I go throught a lot medically I have a life limiting genetic condtion and it's hard the stuff I go through so rather than off load to my man or my family it's good that I've found a connection with a therapist she's amazing been with her since January

My dad died last year and wow, it hit me hard. Cut like a knife… hard to know life is like this for the rest of mine… haven’t been coping well 😢

With all this fantastic weather we're having in the uk you could have enjoyed your beautiful garden and pool at home and be more rested. We all grieve differently and there are some places i can't go to , too many memories. Enjoy your beautiful children, its the best time of your life when they are young. Oh Ellie I feel your heartache babe, my dad passed away suddenly and I have days where i can just get on with the day and other days I struggle to get up, even for my kids.. no one can prepare you for the pain of losing a parent.
