that interchange is in desperate need of an overhaul, but when 287 is backed up anyways, it doesn't matter. that area between the 24 and 10 interchanges (frequently all the way up to 80) is just a nightmare bottleneck.
They love doing that in NJ. Ride the left lane till the last moment then take the exit on the right.
Every single day in So Cal and nobody ever gets a ticket. I can drive from San Diego all the way past Los Angeles for another hour and not see One CHP Officer.
