My father told me words of wisdom over sixty years ago. People can build a shack or a castle. But they can never build more land. I've bought fixers for many, many years. Now I'm on 103 acres of forest land with a creek and a waterfall. I have deer, a bear, Bobcats, bunnies, and squirrels. And I also have a 864 square foot house I built myself. Just for me.
