Why doesn’t Apple add a signing service to iCloud to sign wallet items from iOS Apps? That would spare iOS developers the pain of learning a non-Apple language and the overhead of administrating individual servers just to create wallet items.
One thing I would love to see is the ability of the consumer to create a keyfob in the wallet (and the watch) for vehicles. Right now, vehicle makers must allow it. I do have an app on my phone for my Toyota but I still have to carry my key fob to operate my car.
When will expect Apple Pay in India?

The Costco app has a digital QR code. You can scan into your local warehouse with it, unless there is some restrictions there.
You don’t need to show Costco your card anymore. Now when you walk in, you scan your card. Showing them is not needed anymore
My gym has digitized their barcode for the wallet. The downside is how crappy the old barcode readers are scanning the iPhone screen. Gyms need to move to NFC for entry.

I keep my wallet and phone separate. If I lose phone or it gets stolen, I’m out a phone, not my entire banking system. My wallet is always secured in my pockets until I need it.
