I think you might need to change your defense type. In a 4-2-5, you’re going to struggle against the run unless you have some behemoths at DT plugging the gaps. You also seem to be bringing your safety down into the box quite often so you’re basically in a 4-3 with a safety instead of a LB (which using a safety as a safety defender to stop those long runs might also be a decent idea).I know 4-2-5 was one of your main sim defenses last year, but it might be worth switching that since you’re playing every game in this series.
