My son is 20 now and he stopped holding my hand and calling me mommy when he started the 3rd grade. As he got older he stopped giving goodbye kisses. Just recently, he accidently called me “mommy” and I just started tearing. My heart just burst just getting to hear him call me mommy. He’s my only child and I miss those days. ❤
The twins are so grown now 😢 makes me feel old
From one mother to another, I can relate… my oldest turned 17 last week! The days are long, but the years are short! Enjoy those moments with your girls 🤍

im 27 and mom gets very sad when i pack up after coming over for couple of days and it makes me so sad. Watching you guys and seeing the parent perspective, I def worked to spend more time with mom.
And another daddy daughter date comes to an end. Those are always some of my favorite vlogs because I'm just so happy for the girls and the memories they are creating with their dad. Also, I use to think Mia was Auntie Mel's twin but when I saw Kiara hanging out in the kitchen, I was like Auntie Mel's twin has a twin which technically she does haha.

I completely understand you and am there with you. My oldest turned 19 and my youngest will be 7. It is so bittersweet. But to us no matter how old they get, they will always be our babies.
My kids always come in my room in the morning or find me in the house to hug me (11 yr old daughter), kiss on the cheek (17 yr old son), cuddle (12 yr old son), and all of the above (3,5 yr old sons) while they say good morning mom. I’m not ready for it to end when my oldest is off to college as it’s his senior year this upcoming school year 😢🥀
