Hi Danielle! For your skin: micro needling yes, but more for long-term collagen production (usually recommended after 30). For texture, could be build up products, spf so try a gentle exfoiliator 1-2 times a week and see if it improves and incorporate a retinol (Shani Darden) for skin renewal. Have a great summer!
Look into picotoning for your skin, barrier repair cream, Azelaic acid 15% and Tretinoin 0.025% for starters. Huge game changers
