I just don't get it? He's from the midlands, he's playing in a champions league team, he's adored by the fanbase... why move exactly? Chelsea aren't what they were 10 years ago.
These anti competitive laws that let the big 6 do as they please while clubs who even qualify for the champions league still have to sell every season. The so called big 6 are protected and they will always stay like that until owners are aloud to spend their own money on their football clubs.
