Any time you’re ever feeling bad about your life just remember that there is someone out there spending their Saturday just staring at their phone waiting for a notification to pop up so they can race to the comments and be the first one to post “insane refresh pull”. At least you’re not that person.
„Norris is always very good around here“ In my head: „It‘s broken! It‘s broken! Anti-stall.“
It really isn't a questionmark as it why Lando is better than Oscar, The 2026 regs seem to reward drivers who are comfortable with a car that's constantly moving around. Lando and Kimi don't need a perfectly planted rear end... they're happy to catch small slides, adapt their lines, and use the car's movement to rotate it and carry speed. Oscar and George generally extract their pace from a more stable, predictable platform, so these low-grip cars appear to expose that difference. It feels less like an experience gap and more like a driving-style advantage that's perfectly suited to the new regulations
Ocon, Sainz and Bearman qualified 5th, 6th and 7th for the Sprint here last season, what a downfall from those two teams
Clicked on the video faster than antonelli finished his lap😊
George is getting Daniel Ricciardo’d
I feel like Lawson would want Linblad to beat him by 5 seconds this weekend, because that would mean he's getting a racket ship. Anyone else think that Racing Bulls might be proving that Red Bull Power Trains may well be the most powerful engine?
Ocon is gone for sure, it's a shame cause he's so likeable but damn man.
Lando as a driver, has been better this year than last.
Lindblad downplaying the upgrade package post qualifying on Sky is ridiculous 😂. Dude is so insecure.
My concern is Kimi was fastest by 3 tenths and second place was Verstappen who had a teammate whose sole purpose was to give him a tow and 3rd place Norris who stated it was one of if not the best qualifying lap he has ever done. I feel like Antonelli is going to win by a minute and unless his car breaks down every race, these 25 points are going to be the smallest gap to the title for the remainder of the season.
You could also argue Lindblad being behind could benefit more from the upgrade. Racing Bulls are not fighting for anything relevant so either way would be ok and since they both agreed with the qualifying shootout it's fine. It was either that or the coin toss.
Looking forward to seeing what Liam will do next week with the full upgrades! And also if he can get ahead at this race w his skill, race craft and defence skills
Yessss loving this defense of Lawson! Such a turnaround!
The cars just looked so incredibly slow. Merc out of this world fast.
George's interview about the battery depleting in both Silverstone and Spa was fascinating.
It's a shame that Lawson doesn't get the faster car for Spa in particular, I would bet the upgrade doesn't show as much improvement at the smaller Hungaroring. But I just hope Arvid doesn't get too excited at having a faster car and go all agressive in the early stages. We will see.
I don´t understand the surprised, Kimi has been faster than Russel, even this past few races when he´s been unlucky with the car. The concerning part for George is, Europe was supposed to be Kimi´s fall with his best tracks to come at the end of the year.
Bortoleto once again pulls out some great laps in qualifying to get into Q3. Hopefully, he can score a few points tomorrow
Because the points increase per position isn’t linear (25 1st, 18 2nd, 15 3rd, etc) it makes sense from a total team point perspective to give the better driver the upgrade, since an increase near the top is worth more points than an increase in the midfield. Lawson should have got the upgrade.
