There’s no way Asha didn’t immediately walk into Bethesda and say “what the serious fuck are you guys even doing in here?” It’s no coincidence that we are getting all of this information in a blog post / tweet. Keep in mind Bethesda released an entire cinematic teaser for TES 6 almost a decade before they even started working on it. This is not a company that releases info in tweets.
