How about a sabotage battle, where you nominate one player the other one has to sell or release in each window and battle to win more trophies. Players have to be at the club for at least 1 season & the other player is not allowed to buy a previously owned player by either club.

I remember recommending something similar but as a 2 vs 2 and reckon that would still work if you can get someone like stinger doing his usual tactic shenanigans with your dad or another YouTuber controlling his transfers
