I totally agree with you on routine I feel baby’s thrive better if you keep them to a structured routine & I also agree don’t listen to the outside world unless you ask for advice. You’ll both get to know what’s best trust your instincts, I’m keeping all fingers & toes crossed for you both 🩷

We love the GroClock for mornings - put off getting it for aaaages but the 5am mornings were intense. Got one off marketplace and it’s ace. We set it for 6am for first day or so and slowly moved it forward to 7am. If it’s blue you stay in your room, if it’s yellow you can come out. Some days they’d see it blue and roll over and go back to sleep but others they’d entertain themselves until it went to yellow - listening to their Yoto or just playing with cuddly toys. Godsend!
